Please Note: We are liquidating our stock and will retain only a small percentage of our current inventory. Products marked "Close-out" may not be returned for any reason.On all other products, you may return or exchange any non-software item within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund. Software is exchangeable for same product only, no exceptions. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We cannot issue refunds or make exchanges for products that are defaced by the customer (writing on the pages of the book, extreme wear and tear, etc.).
